Honey, Lavender and Blackberry
This cake is named after a fun-loving friend of mine, a beautiful English rose with great fashion sense! These colours remind me of her wardrobe!
Honey and lavender sponge is sandwiched together with fresh cream and juicy blackberries and then covered in a delicate lavender and vanilla buttercream or swiss meringue. Topped with fresh, juicy blackberries.
As an alternative this cake can also be made with Rose instead of Lavender, just ask!
