Bespoke wedding cakes vary depending on size and décor. Each cake is individually designed by an award-winning bakery.
Wedding Cupcakes
We offer wedding cupcakes starting at £4.50 per cupcake. Each cupcake is:
- Iced and decorated
- Filled with fresh fruits, homemade creams, compotes, and sauces
Pricing depends on quantity and number of flavours chosen.
Wedding Favours & Centrepieces
We offer a variety of edible wedding favours, including:
- Biscuits
- Miniature fudge bags
- Nut Free Macarons
- Mini cupcakes

Cake Tastings
Cake tastings are available in cupcake form, decorated and filled with fresh fruits, homemade creams, compotes, and sauces. They are available to order and take home to enjoy in your own time.
Options:
- Classic Wedding Cake Taster Box – 6 cupcakes, 3 classic flavours – £30.00
- Bespoke Wedding Cake Taster Box – 6 cupcakes, 3 bespoke flavours – £35.00

Cake Stands & Knife Hire
- Standard cake stands or knives: £15 per item, non-refundable, 3-day hire
- Speciality stands (e.g., flower crown, tiered cupcake stands): £45 per item, non-refundable, 3-day hire
Replacement charges apply for lost or damaged items.
Deposits, Payments & Date Security
- Wedding Cake Deposit – Terms & Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your wedding date in my diary.
- Your date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- The deposit covers consultation time, design work, and ensures your date is reserved exclusively for you.
- As wedding cakes are bespoke and dates are limited, the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client for any reason.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the wedding date, unless otherwise agreed.
- If the final balance is not paid by the agreed date, I reserve the right to cancel the order and retain the deposit.
- Minor design changes may be made after booking, subject to availability and possible price adjustment.
- In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your order, any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
Delivery & Assembly
We offer delivery and assembly for all classic wedding cakes:
- Delivered and stacked at your venue by Bodkin Bakes
- Prices:
- Within 10 miles: £65
- 10–15 miles: £85
- 15+ miles: £110+
Collection:
- Single or 2-tier cakes can be collected from the store
- Cakes collected the day before must be refrigerated
- Bodkin Bakes cannot be responsible for cakes once collected
Storage & Shelf Life
- Cakes can keep up to 3 days in the fridge
- Some elements (fresh fruit, flowers) may not stay fresh
- Store in an airtight container or wrapped in cling film
Allergy Information
- All cakes are made in a nut-free environment
- Cakes are made in an environment with eggs, milk, soya, and gluten; traces may be present
- Wedding cakes can be adapted for gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan diets
